**Responsible AI Professional**

At the forefront of Artificial Intelligence, we seek an accomplished Responsible AI Evaluator to champion the ethical development and deployment of AI models across our organization.

This role embodies a delicate balance between technical expertise and adherence to responsible AI principles. We are looking for an individual who can harness their deep knowledge of fairness, transparency, and accountability to navigate the complexities of AI systems in multi-cloud environments.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned expert in evaluating AI/ML, LLM, and GenAI models for bias, fairness, explainability, and robustness. They will be responsible for conducting thorough red-teaming, safety testing, and adversarial analysis across AI pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model Evaluation & Auditing
  • Evaluate AI/ML, LLM, and GenAI models for bias, fairness, explainability, and robustness.
  • Conduct red-teaming, safety testing, and adversarial analysis across AI pipelines.
Technical Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of fairness, bias detection, differential privacy, red-teaming, model transparency techniques.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying/evaluating AI services in distributed architectures.
  • Proficiency in Python and libraries such as scikit-learn, Transformers, LangChain, MLflow, PyTorch, etc.
