We are seeking an experienced Senior Condition Monitoring Expert to join our Global Predictive Monitoring team in Chennai.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and diagnosing the health condition of wind turbine gearboxes, main bearings, and generators to highlight potential failures and damages before they happen. They will also perform technical reporting of potential reliability conditions, interact with service operations to follow up on alerts detected by the system, and improve alert definitions and monitoring templates based on feedback from field.

This role requires strong analytical skills, good understanding of vibration analysis software, vibration data acquisition systems, and various condition monitoring techniques. Experience with SKF or BKV or TCM vibration analyzer technologies is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and diagnose the health condition of wind turbine gearboxes, main bearings, and generators
