Key Performance Area

We are seeking a skilled Trading Strategist to scale their trading strategies within our institutional-grade infrastructure.

Leverage our proprietary research pipelines, execution engines, and low-latency technology to maximize Profit & Loss (P&L) while maintaining disciplined risk management.

This role is ideal for self-directed traders with a verifiable track record of profitability, looking to amplify their edge with access to advanced infrastructure and capital backing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Actively trade cryptocurrencies and/or digital assets, identifying and executing profitable opportunities in real time.
  • Develop, deploy, monitor, and refine discretionary and systematic strategies.
  • Manage risk exposure within firm-wide limits and regulatory frameworks.
  • Keep detailed records of trades, strategies, and market conditions to inform iteration and research.
  • Share insights and collaborate with quant researchers and engineers to enhance alpha capture and execution efficiency.
  • Stay current with macroeconomic events, order flow dynamics, and market microstructure developments.
  • Contribute to a culture of rigorous research and collaborative learning.
