We are looking for a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and push boundaries. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, experience in engineering management, and proficiency in software development methodologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to drive innovation in product development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology solutions that address business needs
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize engineering processes and improve efficiency
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth
  • Act as a technical advisor, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership on technology-related matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in engineering management, with a focus on innovation and product development
  • Strong technical background with proficiency in software development methodologies and tools
  • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript
  • Data engineering, AI/ML, Product management, SAAS experience preferred
