Our organization seeks a skilled system analyst to play a key role in developing and implementing technology solutions.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs and designing, implementing, and maintaining software systems that meet those needs.
  • They will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and develop strategic plans to achieve goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and integrations using various technologies such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, GitHub, and other SaaS tools.
  2. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, and release notes.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage project timelines and resources.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and implement solutions to optimize business performance, including automating workflows, streamlining processes, and improving data analytics.
  6. Work with global teams to design and implement IT solutions that support business objectives.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years administering Jira and Confluence and AI-driven automation features, with at least 3 years in a system or product ownership capacity for an organization of 5,000+ users.
  • Proven record leading cross-functional projects from discovery through rollout, using Agile, Prosci/ADKAR, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong integration skills with REST APIs, webhooks, and scripting (e.g., Python, Node.js).
  • Fluency with analytics and reporting tools such as eazyBI, Tableau, or BigQuery.
  • Polished communication and facilitation skills—comfortable presenting to executives, guiding power users, and supporting frontline teams.
  • Passion for experimentation, continuous improvement, and simplifying complex processes.
  • Commitment to inclusive, accessible solutions and respectful collaboration across diverse teams.
