Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  1. At least 12 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on health insurance industry.
  2. Proven track record of end-to-end implementation and business outcome delivery of significant insurance systems.
  3. Expertise in user research, processes for creating personas, and customer journey mapping.
  4. Able to communicate effectively across disciplines and work collaboratively as part of a team.
