**Job Title:** Product Development Associate

As a Product Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving product innovation by delivering high-quality IP inputs to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patent searches and analysis to inform product development decisions.
  • Develop and execute patent strategies to protect our portfolio.
  • Evaluate innovative ideas and identify new opportunities for patent protection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IP inputs into product development workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date on patent laws and regulations in key jurisdictions, including India, the US, and Europe.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (M. Pharm or B. Pharm) from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in product development or a related field for M. Pharm holders, or 8 years for B. Pharm holders.
  • Relevant techno-legal experience and in-depth knowledge of patent laws.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
