About the Role
The Preferred RM Head will lead a team of Relationship Managers/Senior Relationship Managers, working collaboratively to acquire new business opportunities and deepen existing client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of Wealth Management products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to design and implement tailored financial plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing team of Relationship Managers/Senior Relationship Managers.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets across defined Wealth Management products.
- Acquire and retain Preferred clients (HNI/Ultra HNI) with minimum AUM of Rs 5 Cr & above.
- Maintain strong client relationships, generating AUM from Preferred clients and advising them on their investments and overall financial portfolios.
- Deepen wallet share from existing clients based on Preferred's advisory approach.
- Stay updated on available investment opportunities/financial market trends and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage delinquencies by ensuring adherence to sales processes.
- Conduct induction training and support newly joined team members.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and other business development activities.
