Client Engagement Specialist

Job Description
Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited is seeking a skilled Client Engagement Specialist to join its team. As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and distribution growth through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales and distribution across multiple channels, including cross-channel and open market channels.
- Identify opportunities for unilateral growth by establishing new DSAs/branches.
- Lead and develop the Direct Sales team, focusing on increased productivity.
- Maintain and expand catchment areas through marketing efforts.
- Nurture high-net-worth individual (HNI) relationships, educating them on loan against property and home finance products.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, securing tie-ups for primary markets.
- Secure project approvals from builders.
- Pursue additional revenue streams through cross-selling and multi-selling of insurance, CASA, and credit cards.
- Develop and train the DST Team and DSAs.
Liaisoning with Internal Teams:
The Client Engagement Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, and Operations, to ensure seamless business processing.
End-to-End Case Processing:
This role requires expertise in end-to-end case processing, ensuring timely updates to customers and maintaining top-class service for improved NPS scores.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate/MBA degree.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Sales and service orientation.
