Job Summary

About the Role

This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to transform business requirements into scalable, extensible, and maintainable Salesforce technical designs. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and experience in leading development teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Marketing teams to design and develop best-practice-led Salesforce Marketing Cloud technical solutions.
  • Lead the development team in delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Provide architectural design governance and ensure sound technical delivery of the product.
  • Design and implement complex solutions in Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Web Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, etc.
  • Implement integrations with other systems using SSJS and APIs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • At least 5+ years of experience with SFMC developer toolkit, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, Web Studio, Administration, etc.
  • Developer Certification (SFMC Admin, Email Specialist, SFMC Developer, SFMC Consultant).
  • Experience in API Integrations using SSJS.
  • Agile delivery experience.
  • Self-motivated and creative with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
