About the Role

The Solution Engineering team at Plumlogix supports state and local, small and medium business customers in North America and Canada. As a Salesforce Solutions Architect/Presales Engineer, you will be responsible for owning the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended. You will act as a trusted advisor to our team and clients, providing effective mentorship to other Salesforce professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Research and Development: Conduct research into clients' use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.
  2. Direct Customer Engagements: Work on business opportunities from discovery to tailored demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value of our solutions. Provide technical expertise during the sales process, addressing customer questions and concerns. Collaborate closely with account executives involved in those accounts.
  3. One-to-many Customer Sessions: Share thought leadership and solution knowledge by running live customer sessions such as webinars and customer workshops to drive solution awareness.
  4. One-to-many Internal Education: Share expertise internally by running AE and SE enablement sessions and holding office hours.
  5. Asset Creation: Create highly relevant and reusable assets such as videos, holodecks, demo environments.
