  • Lead and support civil or environmental projects, including those focused on earthwork/grading, stormwater, wastewater, remediation, and waste management.">
  • Perform complex calculations using industry-standard tools and software and will be responsible for the design of environmental systems and facilities.">
  • Provide leadership by directing and reviewing the work of junior engineering staff.">
  • Train and mentor team members, helping to develop their skills and ensuring the quality of all project deliverables.">
  • Take on project management duties, including developing and executing project scope, budget, and schedule.">
  • Develop new and maintain existing client relationships.">
  • Prepare reports, studies, and cost estimates to help clients evaluate their options and present solutions through internal and external oral presentations.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • ">
  • Experience: 10+ years of civil or environmental engineering experience.">
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related engineering program.">
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of standard civil engineering techniques and procedures. Proficiency in design programs such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and MicroStation is required.">
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must also have strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Prior experience in project management or as an assistant project manager is preferred. Exposure and experience with U.S. and U.K. projects are a plus.">
