Global Travel Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Global Travel Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless travel arrangements for our clients.

As a Global Travel Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional traveler care and customer service. You will be responsible for accurately completing end-to-end international travel requirements, including coordinating with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for customers.

Key qualifications include:

  • Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Flexible working in rotational shifts, including night shifts

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have good knowledge of international critical itineraries and be able to work in a flexible environment. They will also possess excellent consultative skills, providing superior value to clients through effective communication and negotiation.
