Job Description

As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality IT solutions to our clients. Your expertise in incident management, problem management, and service monitoring will enable you to effectively identify and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure that client satisfaction is paramount in all aspects of the job.
  • Solution Provider: Demonstrate a consulting mindset by providing solutions rather than simply following orders.
  • Project Planning: Plan, organize, and monitor projects to deliver high-quality business solutions.
  • Team Management: Mentor and manage team members by providing constant feedback and guidance.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project quality meets defined governance, process standards, and best practices.
  • Reporting: Report the status of key metrics from inception through closure.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of total experience.
  • Strong working experience in IT support projects (L1 & L2) with a minimum of 3 years in a service manager or lead role.
  • Proficiency in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and BMC Remedy.
  • Expertise in ITIL processes and frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.
