As a key player in our organization's infrastructure and operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Terraform, and related tools to streamline our software development lifecycle.
  • Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and configuration on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS), leveraging your expertise in cloud computing.
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues in real-time, utilizing your analytical skills and technical knowledge.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enable DevOps best practices across the SDLC, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers, supporting their growth and development within the organization.
  • Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive technical documentation, including runbooks, SOPs, and system architecture, to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
Requirements:
  • 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or related infrastructure roles, with a strong track record of delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC), with a solid understanding of cloud security and compliance.
  • Experience in managing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes in production environments, with a focus on scalability and performance.
  • Strong proficiency in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools, with a keen eye for process improvement.
  • Good scripting skills in Shell, Bash, or PowerShell, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
  • Solid understanding of system monitoring, log management, alerting, and security best practices, with a commitment to maintaining secure and compliant systems.
  • Experience in performance tuning, incident response, and production system stability, with a proven ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset, with a focus on building effective relationships with stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK Stack, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef, with a focus on automation and standardization.
  • Certification in GCP or Kubernetes (e.g., GCP Associate Cloud Engineer, CKA/CKAD), demonstrating a high level of technical expertise.
