Software Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Software Quality Assurance Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing ETL test plans and test cases based on functional and design specifications.

The ideal candidate will have experience in software quality assurance, particularly in ETL and data warehouse testing. Proficiency in writing complex SQL/T-SQL queries, including creating SQL views/materialized views, is essential. Experience with Informatica, PL/SQL, reports testing, and ETL processes is also required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and executing ETL test plans and test cases based on functional and design specifications
  • Developing automation and performance solutions that adhere to organizational standards
  • Collaborating with development teams to deliver business functionality on time and with the required quality
  • Engaging in active cooperation and collaboration with global teams across various geographic locations

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
  • 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, particularly in ETL and data warehouse testing
  • Proficient in writing complex SQL/T-SQL queries, including creating SQL views/materialized views
  • Experience with Informatica, PL/SQL, reports testing, and ETL processes
