Job Title: Planning Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to oversee order fulfillment activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers. This role requires strong understanding of production planning, order management, inventory management, and logistics processes.

  • Create and manage daily production build plans.
  • Validate slotting tool and weekly build plan updates.
  • Approve orders and create option orders.
  • Manage material shortages and expediting.
  • Collaborate with shipping for proper packing and shipment.
  • Support supply planning, forecasting, purchase orders, and troubleshoot invoice issues.
  • Assist field service team with spare part allocation and shipment.
  • Manage financial processes, including customer returns and invoices.

Key requirements include:

  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis.
  • ERP experience preferred for process efficiency.
