- Job Purpose: Drive Category Performance, Deliver Strategic Plans, Provide 'real time' strategic and decision support through thought leadership and insightful analytics for a sustainable & profitable growth
- Key Responsibilities: Financial & Business Planning – Formulate & Drive Business Plans / Strategies for the Market for specific categories and Division to operationalize the 3 Yr & 10 Yr Plan
- Analyse and develop Industry landscape to recommend Category / Product Play
- Benchmarking vis a vis Market – Channels and Segments, Competitive Actions and Combative Counter Plans
- Lead Annual Operating Plan and Forecasting ( Monthly / Quarterly) and reframing Year to Go to deliver goals for the year
- Co-own the Business P&L and KPI's along with Business Teams
- Hold fort on Key Business KPI's viz. Revenue, Mix, Segments, Margins and Working Capital
- Deliver crisp presentations and creative visualizations explaining financial & business results to Category / Business leaders / Executive Committee
- Partner with merchants for Terms of Trade closure with Brand Owners / Vendors / Suppliers – Pricing, Merchandizing, Visibility, Listing, Trade Schemes etc.
