Executive Pastry Operations Manager

The successful candidate will oversee all bakery production operations, ensuring efficiency and product quality while maintaining compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
This role involves managing production schedules, coordinating with procurement and sales teams, leading a team of bakers and production staff, and implementing continuous improvement processes.
- Ensuring overall smooth operations of the central kitchen, employees, facilities, and costs
- Optimizing resource utilization and maintaining inventory levels for raw materials and finished products
- Delivering high-quality products in the forecasted quantity as per SKU's
- Maintaining standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene at all times
- Establishing and maintaining effective employee relations
- Hiring specific levels of employees, employee orientation, and coaching
- Conducting formal on-the-job training sessions for kitchen employees
- Performing special projects as assigned
- Conducting daily briefing meetings with the team
Candidate Requirements:
A graduate degree in hotel management or related field is preferred. The ideal candidate should possess:
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work in stressful environments
- Pleasing personality and excellent communication skills
- Ability in planning, organizing, analytical thinking, budgeting, and cost control
- Extensive knowledge and experience in pastry and bakery techniques
- Ability to mass-produce standardized products
