Job Overview:

User Experience Designer

We're on a mission to empower financial institutions to drive digital transformation. As part of our professional team, you'll collaborate with top-tier clients on exciting projects that challenge and inspire us every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing Digital Interfaces: Develop intuitive user interfaces for internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile applications, and web applications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Development Process: Participate in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Solving Complex Design Problems: Break down complex design problems into actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest standards, changes, and trends in the mobile design field.
  • Graphic Design Assets: Create graphic design assets such as website banners, event designs, exhibition booth backwall designs, marketing brochures, and other corporate branding materials.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Banking Experience: Banking experience is highly desirable.
  • Design Skills: Expert level skills in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools, and other relevant design tools.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
  • Graphic Design Skills: Strong graphic design skills for creating marketing and branding collateral, banners, booths, brochures, social media assets, and digital product design.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills.
