Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver efficient, effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our digital experience suite to assist customers in maximizing their online presence.
  • Provide comprehensive support to customers during the onboarding process and post-launch, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with the integration team and Technical Account Manager to understand customer requirements, clarify product-related queries, and deliver viable solutions or alternatives.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service and Product & Engineering (P&E) teams to facilitate prompt issue resolution, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
  • Build strong relationships by actively engaging with customers, striving to exceed expectations, and taking extra measures to ensure satisfaction.
  • Partner with cross-functional team members to align efforts and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in Customer Success or Relationship Management, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational qualification, with Engineering degrees being preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative working.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and nights.
  • Strong analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other related platforms.
  • The ability to quickly learn new products, tools, and technologies and share that knowledge effectively with customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry, particularly in roles involving digital transformation or technology implementation.
  • A basic understanding of API integration is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments where adaptability is crucial.
