Key Responsibilities:- Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment and supplies are available and functioning properly.
- Assist surgeons during surgeries, maintaining sterility and functionality of medical instruments at all times.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and administer medications as needed, providing expert care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide postoperative care to patients, including wound care, pain management, and follow-up appointments.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a safe and effective operating environment, including communication with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff.
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Nursing or relevant field.
- Valid nursing license.
- Experience in perioperative nursing, surgical procedures, and patient care.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
