Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Analyst to join our team. As a Tax Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our tax data management processes. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze tax data contained in our database to identify transformation and reporting issues with existing data and proposed system tools.

Your key duties will include:
1. Analyzing tax data to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement
2. Developing and implementing solutions to resolve tax data transformation and reporting issues
3. Creating detailed specifications for each report, including both technical specifications and a summary
4. Designing and developing dynamic reports that enable end users to filter and aggregate defined parameters according to their needs
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of tax data solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills
4. Ability to work well in a team environment
5. Experience with Microsoft Power Suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Alteryx, SQL Server, Power Query, and Power BI
