We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric delivery support expert to work with our delivery teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional results for our SAP internal customers globally. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of SAP's systems and processes, and a dedication to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with agile delivery teams and external partners to achieve balanced resource demands and supply, meeting financial objectives.
  2. Manage day-to-day financial goals and risks, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  3. Sign and manage contracts with delivery partners, ensuring compliance and risk management.
  4. Monitor and manage service level agreements (SLAs) with partners, taking action when necessary.
  5. Initiate and manage resource onboarding, offboarding, and change management, working closely with delivery teams to monitor and manage resource performance.
  6. Ensure seamless alignment across multiple SAP internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with SAP internal processes and systems, project management.
  • Working knowledge of agile/SAFe principles and practices is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of managing large and complex customer engagements with multiple delivery parties involved.
  • Strong project management skills, accustomed to working with global virtual matrix organizations.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Technical Skills

  • MS Office Teams, Excel, PPT proficiency.
  • SAP internal systems.
  • Savvy vendor management.

Learning and Development

  • SAP internal tools.
  • SAFe60.
