About this role:

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all quality control procedures are documented and adhered to throughout the manufacturing process. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  1. Manage, mentor, and develop the quality control team, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and career development.
  2. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  4. Oversee and coordinate quality control testing and inspection processes, including raw material, in-process, and final product inspections.
  5. Collaborate with customers to understand their quality requirements and address quality-related concerns.
  6. Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution through effective problem-solving and communication.
  7. Create and implement quality concepts, work and process instructions.
  8. Drive completion of APQP and PPAP processes to obtain customer approval.
  9. Develop and maintain strong trust-based relationships with customers, serving as the main point of contact for all quality-related issues.
