We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, attendance management, leave and absenteeism management, payroll processing, salary administration, wage administration, statutory compliance, liaison with government departments, maintaining and updating all statutory compliance, submission of all statutory returns, being a single point of contact (SPOC) for all government inspections and audits, HR legal compliance, industrial relations matters, employee relations, employee health and wellness, workforce administration, employee database management, employee life cycle management (hire to retire), query handling and grievance resolution, contract labor management, and general administration.
- Recruitment and Selection: Source, screen, interview, and select top talent to fill job openings.
- Attendance Management: Monitor and manage employee attendance, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Leave and Absenteeism Management: Administer leave requests, monitor absences, and maintain accurate records.
- Payroll Processing: Process payroll, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Salary Administration: Administer salaries, bonuses, and other benefits in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Wage Administration: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding wages and working conditions.
- Statutory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all areas of HR.
- Liaison with Government Departments: Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining and Updating Statutory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations, ensuring ongoing compliance.
- Submission of Statutory Returns: Prepare and submit all required statutory returns on time.
- SPOC for Government Inspections and Audits: Coordinate and facilitate government inspections and audits, ensuring smooth operations.
- HR Legal Compliance: Provide expert advice on HR-related legal matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Industrial Relations Matters: Manage industrial relations, ensuring fair treatment of employees and minimizing conflict.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, promoting a healthy and productive work environment.
- Employee Health and Wellness: Develop and implement programs to promote employee health and wellness.
- Workforce Administration: Oversee workforce planning, development, and deployment.
- Employee Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Employee Life Cycle Management: Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from hire to retire.
- Query Handling and Grievance Resolution: Respond to employee queries and resolve grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Contract Labor Management: Manage contract labor, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- General Administration: Perform general administrative tasks, as required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required. Relevant experience and certifications may also be beneficial.
