Job Description

About the Role:

The Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager will oversee store operations and ensure a high level of customer service.

  • Complete store operations, performance management, and teamwork.
  • Maintain reports to track progress.
  • Ensure stock planning and availability.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Deliver the right product mix and services.
  • Implement effective visual merchandising.
  • Collect market intelligence and trends.
  • Handle team reviews and briefings.
  • Ensure timely deliveries and store audits.
  • Effectively handle escalations.
  • Foster a healthy work environment.
  • Lead by example with attention to detail.
  • Possess excellent communication and customer handling skills.
  • Require experience in premium brand stores or high-end retail.
  • Must have handled a team of 10+ members for at least 2-3 years.
  • Proficient in report generation using computers.
  • Possess leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications and Required Skills
  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong presentation and adaptability skills.
