Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our DevOps strategy. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and foster a strong DevOps culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar, ensuring efficient and automated software delivery.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, focusing on scalability, reliability, cost-efficiency, and security.
  • Implement and manage containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
  • Develop and maintain scripts for automation, system administration, and monitoring using languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Establish and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to ensure system health and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to promote a culture of shared responsibility and continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures.
  • Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance requirements throughout the infrastructure and deployment processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or a related role.
  • Strong expertise in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  • Extensive experience with at least one major cloud platform.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies and container orchestration.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
  • Solid understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
