Job Title: Visual Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual content across various digital and print platforms.

Your primary focus will be on conceptualizing and executing engaging visuals and videos that exceed client expectations. You will work closely with our content, social media, and web teams to develop integrated campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media & Digital Design:
    • Design eye-catching social media creatives, cover pictures, banners, and ad graphics for multiple platforms.
    • Create unique concepts that go beyond templates and adapt designs to platform-specific formats and sizes.
  • Brand & Web Design:
    • Develop icons, website banners, infographics, and brand elements that showcase our clients' brands in the best light.
    • Support web/UI projects with custom-designed graphics and deliver print-ready materials, including flyers, brochures, logos, posters, t-shirts, and corporate identity kits.
  • Motion Graphics & Video Creation:
    • Create explainer videos, social media promos, ad creatives, and product demos that captivate audiences.
    • Edit raw video footage, apply motion graphics, transitions, and effects to enhance video quality.
    • Use AI-powered video tools to generate engaging video content based on provided scripts and contexts.
  • AI & Creative Innovation:
    • Leverage AI tools to speed up design and video creation workflows.
    • Stay updated with design, social media, and AI-driven creative trends.
    • Recommend and adopt new AI-driven tools to improve creative output.
  • Adaptability & Collaboration:
    • Respond quickly to urgent client changes, especially during campaign days or festivals.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in design and motion graphics (agency experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of AI creative tools for design and video.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute engaging visuals & videos.
  • Knowledge of 3D animation software (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding, video editing, and motion graphics.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
