We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Motion Graphic Designer to join our team at Twelve-Design-Studio.

About the Role
  • Translate project briefs into compelling visual stories that engage and captivate audiences.
  • Create static and animated graphics for social media, digital platforms, banners, and interfaces using industry-standard software.
  • Develop storyboards, style frames, and visual concepts for motion graphics projects that bring ideas to life.
  • Animate graphics and typography using Adobe After Effects, elevating visual content to new heights.
  • Edit and assemble video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring seamless storytelling.
  • Contribute creative ideas and participate actively in brainstorming sessions to drive innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain brand consistency and meet project goals, while constructively applying feedback to refine deliverables.
  • Maintain well-organised project files and meet tight deadlines, demonstrating exceptional time management skills.
Requirements
  • 4–5 years of experience in the creative/design/video field, showcasing a portfolio of high-quality work.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or Communication Design.
  • Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, with a strong understanding of industry-standard software.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce consistent, creative, and eye-catching designs that exceed client expectations.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to commit to an on-site role for a minimum of 2 years.
