SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist">

Yash Technologies is currently seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end implementations, configuration, and production support across multiple modules.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Requirements gathering and analysis
  • Configuration and data migration
  • UAT and go-live support
  • Role-Based Permissions (RBP) design and troubleshooting
  • Business Rules, MDF objects, workflows, and email notifications
  • Global Benefits plan design and open enrollment support
  • RMK & Career Site configuration, Recruiting to EC mapping
  • Onboarding 2.0: Forms, Programs, UI, and custom email notifications
  • Document Generation and Offer Letter configuration
  • Tenant provisioning and refresh coordination with SAP

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support
  • Strong understanding of SAP SF core modules, including Employee Central, Global Benefits, Recruiting, RMK, Onboarding 2.0, and Compensation Variable Pay
  • Proven track record of delivering scalable and secure SuccessFactors solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
