Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data across various systems.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and maintain item master data in NAV (product codes, descriptions, categories, pack sizes, etc.).
  • Maintain and update vendor master data, including pricing and other key attributes.
  • Record and regularly update transit days for DC–vendor combinations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by running regular validations and checks.
  • Support resolution of data-related issues in collaboration with sourcing, planning, and purchase teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred).
  • Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formatting; macros knowledge is an advantage).
  • Ability to handle large data sets and maintain high accuracy.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to work with multiple teams.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.
