Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a customer service strategy that meets the brand values.
- Lead and inspire a team to achieve accountability and excellence in customer experience.
- Maintain service KPIs to monitor quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Customer Experience Excellence:
- Ensure prompt, empathetic, and effective resolution of customer concerns across various channels.
- Manage escalation efficiently and provide timely resolutions.
- Sustain high standards for returns, exchanges, and repairs.
Collaborative Approach:
- Partner with teams to enhance offerings based on customer feedback.
- Represent customer interests in leadership discussions, influencing product design and policy decisions.
Data-Driven Insights & Process Improvement:
- Analyze customer trends to inform strategic changes.
- Implement tools, training, and processes to boost team efficiency and first-contact resolution rates.
Talent Development & Management:
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent in the Customer Care team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify growth opportunities for team members.
