We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced support engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in identifying and resolving complex technical issues within critical business systems.
  • Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure high performance and efficiency.
  • Take ownership of team decisions and engage with multiple teams on key operational matters.
  • Provide effective solutions to problems within the immediate team and across multiple departments.
  • Ensure clear communication within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Implement best practices for system maintenance and upgrade.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance, integrity, and security.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Integrations is essential.
  • Strong understanding of system integration processes and technologies.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Knowledge of system maintenance best practices and procedures.
  • Hands-on experience in conducting system audits and assessments.

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Adaptive Integrations required.
  • Good experience specifically in Adaptive integrations is expected.
  • Position is based at the Indore office location.
