Agentic AI Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Agentic AI Developer to play a key role in designing and developing cutting-edge agentic AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design multi-node decision models for agentic AI systems
- Implement retrieval augmented generation, semantic search, data scraping/extraction, and state graphs/agentic memory
- Integrate APIs and call them from agentic AI systems
- Develop guardrails, human-in-the-loop, and multi-agent workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct research, architect systems, analyze code, troubleshoot, and write code
- Experience building with LangChain/LangGraph/LangSmith/Google Gemini/OpenAI's API, OpenAI's Swarm/Agents_SDK, vector databases, fine-tuning, SageWorks, BedRock, and Docker
- Strong knowledge of full-stack development for AI-driven applications
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps methodologies
- Background in AI research and experimentation
- Experience working with large language models
- Ability to integrate RAG, fine tuning, agent-to-agent communication, and small models
Nice to have skills include strong knowledge of front-end, back-end, and DevOps experience, as well as the ability to present proof-of-concepts for agentic AI solutions.
Working Style:The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively, communicate complex ideas clearly, and have a background in AI research and experimentation.
