Agentic AI Expert

As an Agentic AI expert, you will be empowered to shape your career in a collaborative environment.

  • You'll design and develop autonomous Agentic AI architectures that can plan, reason, and execute tasks.
  • Implement multi-agent communication protocols for agent-to-agent collaboration and coordination.
  • Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) like LLaMA and GPT for language understanding, generation, and task planning.
  • Develop and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance agents' reasoning capabilities with external knowledge.
  • Fine-tune foundational models for specific domains, tasks, or use cases.
  • Experiment with lightweight models for efficiency in real-time or on-device scenarios.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Product Teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in developing and deploying Agentic AI systems.
  • Strong experience with LLMs, particularly Meta's LLaMA family or similar open-source models.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and related tools like LangChain and Haystack.
  • Knowledge and experience with model fine-tuning using frameworks like HuggingFace Transformers and PEFT.
  • Experience in implementing agent-to-agent communication frameworks and multi-agent task handling systems.
  • Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and chaining logic for LLMs.
