Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Out-of-Hours Shift Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our out-of-hours services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filling shifts during designated out-of-hours periods to ensure continuous service delivery.
  • Responding promptly to candidate and client enquiries outside regular business hours to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Managing new agency booking requests received during OOH to optimize resource allocation.
  • Uploading shifts to our CRM system, whether received from recruitment consultants or clients via email or portals.
  • Chasing candidates for shift availability and cross-checking client-provided spreadsheets to ensure accuracy.
  • Reviewing weekly client rotas and ensuring all shifts in our CRM match the rota; making adjustments as necessary.
  • Managing late logins and cancellations that occur during OOH to minimize disruptions.
  • Uploading new candidate enquiries to our CRM and following up with them to obtain an updated CV.
  • Completing client compliance checklists for new candidates to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Providing support to the compliance team as needed, particularly with new candidate registrations.
  • Chasing missing timesheets as required to maintain accurate records.
  • Maintaining real-time updates on client trackers to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Updating the OOH handover sheet in real time to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other software tools.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
