Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Professional to deliver exceptional support to our customers through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish connections with insurance companies in the US to collect outstanding accounts receivables.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone or in writing, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting service standards.
  • Resolve routine questions following established guidelines.
  • Conduct research on customer inquiries to provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the healthcare insurance industry and all products, services, and processes performed by the team.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday 17:30pm to 3:30am IST.
  • University degree or equivalent with 3+ years of formal studies of the English language.
  • Experience using computer applications that require keyboard skills, navigating screens, and learning new software tools.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a service-oriented role where interacting with customers in writing or over the phone was necessary.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a service-oriented role where applying business rules to varying situations and making informed decisions was required.
