Senior Scrum Facilitator Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Scrum Facilitator to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating Scrum ceremonies with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement Scrum frameworks that meet business needs.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Scrum facilitation or Agile coaching roles.
  • Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Scaled Scrum.
  • Excellent English language skills and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Agile and DevOps tools and practices.
