Business Analyst & Scrum Master Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst and Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.

  • Facilitate Agile project management ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for data warehouse and data services projects.
  • Develop process flows, data mappings, and other documentation as needed.
  • Support data quality initiatives and help define data governance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data warehousing, data analytics, or data services.
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
