As Co-founder of Government-Programs, your key responsibilities include:

  • Building single deal memo for program-linked MSME credit rails
  • Outreach map & slots with warm targets: FMO, GuarantCo, DFID/FCDO windows, SIDBI linkages, Waterfield/Client Associates, HCL/JSW CSR, ACT/CEEW climate corridors, India Accelerator (IFAD/CLASP/Ceniarth/Clarmondial)
  • Structures menu: program credit line, first-loss/guarantee, pay-as-we-save for DISCOM EE, SIDBI PRG/FFS adjacency
  • Lock escrow/E-NACH/pay out stack (e.g., Yes Bank/RBL/ICICI + Razorpay/ Cashfree), term-sheet templates, fee schedules

Success Metrics

  • 12+ calls booked by Day 30
  • 3–4 NDAs signed by Day 30
  • 1–2 LoIs for program-linked facilities by Day 30
  • Two term-sheet drafts in play by Day 60
  • Pilot cohort economics (AUM, CAC, DPD) aligned by Day 60
  • At least one conditional TS + one MoU with a bank/NBFC by Day 60
  • Anchor facility ≥₹10 Cr conditionally approved by Day 90
