US Healthcare Product Owner

As a senior professional, you will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare technology. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced product owner who can lead our product development efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the US healthcare industry, with a focus on revenue cycle management, clearinghouse operations, and electronic health records. They will also have 2-3 years of progressive work experience in a product role, designing business processes and working on process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in the US healthcare industry, with a focus on revenue cycle management, clearinghouse operations, and electronic health records.
- 2-3 years of progressive work experience in a product role, designing business processes and working on process improvement initiatives.
- A demonstrated mastery of using flowcharting tools.
- Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs to translate them into application and operation requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
