Job Title: Senior Psychology Professor

About the Position:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professor to join our department. As a senior psychology professor, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate-level courses, conducting research, and mentoring students.

Responsibilities:
• Teach undergraduate and graduate-level psychology courses
• Develop and deliver lectures, create course materials, and conduct assessments
• Conduct independent research and supervise student research projects
• Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
• Provide academic advising and career guidance to students
• Contribute to curriculum development and review
• Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with colleagues on various initiatives

Requirements:
• Doctoral degree in Psychology
• Research experience and publication record
• Prior teaching experience at the college or university level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
