This role focuses on developing internal communications strategies that engage employees and foster connection within the organization.

Purpose

To drive engagement, culture, and clarity across the company by creating impactful internal communications that resonate with employees. This position champions creativity and collaboration—bringing stories to life through compelling campaigns, visual design, and multimedia messaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting Impactful Campaigns: Design and execute end-to-end internal communications campaigns, from ideation to design, execution, and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Visual Storytelling: Translate ideas into visually appealing content using Canva and design tools, such as Corel Draw, Illustrator (Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus).
  • Communication In Motion: Create organizational messaging in the form of videos, utilizing creative expression.
  • Serving as a Liaison: Support local leadership with communications touchpoints, employee events, and activation campaigns.
  • Collaborative Partner: Partner with HR, Admin, Facilities, L&D, and BU leaders to create unified and strategic messaging.
Ideal Profile
  • Experience: 3–4 years in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate brand storytelling.
  • Design Acumen: Proficient in Canva, Corel Draw (or Illustrator) is a must. Knowledge of Photoshop is a strong plus.
  • Editing Software: Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Canva Video, etc.
  • Brand Thinking: Strong understanding of brand voice, tone, and visual consistency.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, visual comms or a related field.
  • AI Curiosity: Exposure to creative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E) is a bonus.
