Job Overview

The role of Supply Chain Officer is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination of goods, services, and information from raw materials to end customers.

This position involves the strategic management of supply chain operations, including inventory control, logistics coordination, and procurement planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Inventory Management: Oversee the availability of promotional kits, tracking physical stock levels at central warehouses.
  2. Procurement & Order Tracking: Monitor purchase order status to ensure timely procurement of promotional materials, collaborating with vendors to meet delivery timelines.
  3. Material Code Generation: Coordinate with internal systems to generate material codes for new promotional items.
  4. Indent Management: Raise indents for promotional materials based on marketing and sales team requirements.
  5. Promotional Allocation & Disbursement: Share allocation details with relevant teams, monitoring and tracking disbursement through distribution platforms.
  6. Reporting & Timelines: Ensure all tasks are executed within specified timelines and SLAs, providing regular updates to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management.
