Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient importation process of goods from Paris. You will be responsible for coordinating with customs brokers, lab testing, and supervising operational activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of goods movements and storage through KPIs.
  • Allocate and manage staff resources according to evolving needs.
  • Set clear objectives, analyze logistical problems, and produce new solutions.
  • Coordinate with other departments and customers to solve issues and perform special occasions.
  • Manage all claims, including daily replenishment of stores, direct e-commerce orders fulfillment, and last-mile delivery.
  • Liaise with stores, e-stores, and logistics suppliers to improve outgoing flows by adapting frequency or defining new shipping methods.
  • Prepare goods for public and staff sales, help plan the deployment of future services, and ensure product movements comply with group internal control requirements.
  • Ensure all movements are supported with GST compliant documents, including E Waybills, Tax Invoices, and Delivery Challans.
  • Operational support for quality control orders, Import Authorization, and related obligations.
  • Implement BIS Certification process flow once validated by CFO.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistic Management or University graduate with 10 years or above logistics experience.
  • Good knowledge in Export Import Transportation, Warehouse Mgt, Customs Clearance, and service to retail activities.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and Power Point), WMS, and fluent spoken English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Able to work under pressure with logical and systematic approach, taking initiative for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills with internal stakeholders, general contractors, and team environment with winning results.
