Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our clean energy entrepreneur network. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying and selecting youth from vocational training centers and ITIs, empowering and supporting them in establishing and growing their businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies and action plans for new business initiatives within the Access to Energy sector.
  • Coordinate with partner organizations to leverage their entrepreneur development programs and enhance the network of entrepreneurs.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to micro-enterprises to help them succeed and retain business.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met and conflicts are managed effectively.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to develop and implement effective business strategies.
