Senior Machine Learning Engineer/Data Analyst

Role Overview:
Data analysts and machine learning engineers collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to deliver data-driven solutions, providing operational data management and analytics support across various business disciplines and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and analyzing large datasets using statistical models, data processing techniques, and machine learning algorithms to predict future trends and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement machine learning solutions addressing specific business needs.
- Ensuring the scalability and efficiency of machine learning systems, improving model performance through rigorous testing and validation, and integrating cutting-edge techniques into their work.
- Building scalable, reusable, impactful analytical products containing statistical or machine learning algorithms in collaboration with software engineers.
Requirements:
- MSc or PhD degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, or mathematics.
- Hands-on experience designing, planning, prototyping, productionizing, maintaining, and documenting reliable and scalable analytical products in complex environments.
- Thorough understanding of underlying mathematical foundations of statistics and machine learning.
- Development experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
