Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

This full-time role as a Quality Assurance Quality Control (QAQC) Engineer is located in Navi Mumbai. The QAQC Engineer will ensure quality products and services by developing quality control and assurance processes and procedures.

The QAQC Engineer will conduct quality audits, perform inspections, and identify quality issues for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling TPI independently
  • Document control (Gad, ITP, Procedure, ISO documentation, Inspection reports, NCR-CAPA)
  • Monitoring and analyzing quality performance
  • Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to meet quality specifications
  • Collaborating with operations managers to develop controls and improvements
  • Ensuring workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
  • Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues
  • Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements
  • Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes
  • Monitoring incoming, process & final inspection activities
  • Verification of Raw material and inspection of bought out components
  • Training quality and production people to improve quality and reduce rejection
  • Following the checklist for preparing the incoming Inspection report
  • Preparing Inspection Reports on time
  • Maintaining Rejection, Rework record
  • Monitoring 5'S at the department
