Job Opportunity: Advanced Controls Engineer Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a consultant.
  • Monitor project risks and opportunities, driving improvements across teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to department KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership with experience managing 15+ engineers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in global, high-demand project environments.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities with a focus on delivery within time.
  • Hands-on experience in the design and execution of integrated control systems.
  • Ability to align control designs with project goals.
  • Skilled in preparing and executing detailed project plans and schedules.
